Customer Reviews
Comparison with Dr. Brown's 3.5 oz glass bottlesThese are small and great size for on the go. I don't use formula, mainly breastmilk and usually don't have a problem not having enough to store formula as some would like it. I bought these with the assumption that I would switch out the nipples and replace it with Dr. Brown's nipples and parts because I like Dr. Brown's ventilation system and it worked great on my firstborn. I had read a review that Momo's would be compatible with Dr. Brown, but it was for the 5 oz. bottles (and not with these 4 oz bottles -- didn't occur to me a ounce would make a difference). The Dr. Brown vent/straw is just a tad too long to be used in the momo 4oz bottle and can't screw tight. Mainly, I will admit that I just like how this bottle looked different and was cuter than Dr. Brown's. However, I am happy that I can use the thermal hugger interchangably with Dr. Brown's 3.5oz glass bottles. (It is also made in China for those who are wondering. But I read on Momo's website that they are aware of the concern and the sites are checked routinely.) So far, I have mixed feelings about this purchase... for the practical person that I usually am, I might lean on sticking with Dr. Brown's stuff (and buying a momo thermal hugger separately, if concerned about breakage).
Loved them
I bought these bottles because I thought they were cute, the price was right and the fact that they came with a thick thermal cover to protect them from breakage vs. the skinny silicone covers. They were small and awesome for toting around in the diaper bag. I mainly breastfed so the bottles were mainly for babysitters. They were also great for my little one because he only drinks a couple ounces at a time. I also liked the fact that Momo sells sippy spouts which can be used instead of nipples as baby got older. The shipping was also speedy. Overall, I was very happy with my purchase of Momo bottles and cover.
Nice but....
Nice glass bottles but the oz's are wearing off after just one month. I can barely read them now. Other than that I like them.
